Account and associated-data deletion resource
How deletion works
SOLVNT lets every account holder initiate deletion from Settings. The deletion flow removes SOLVNT financial records and app data associated with your account, revokes active Plaid bank connections on a best-effort basis, signs you out, and queues the remaining sign-in identity for permanent administrator deletion when the platform requires that final step.
Data that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, or regulatory reasons may be kept only for the period required for that purpose, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Request deletion on the web
You do not need to reinstall the mobile app. Use SOLVNT in your browser, sign in to the account you want deleted, then open Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Reauthentication or typed confirmation may be required to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
What is deleted
The deletion process covers SOLVNT data associated with your account, including connected-account records, bills, debts, goals, income, expenses, transaction history, Safe To Spend records, notifications, AI conversations, personalization data, and other user-owned app records.
