Delete your SOLVNT account
You can permanently delete the SOLVNT data associated with your account and request permanent deletion of your remaining sign-in identity. This cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete from SOLVNT

Open SOLVNT and go to SettingsTap the gear icon, then open the “Danger Zone” section.

Tap Delete AccountReview what will be removed, then continue.

Type DELETE to confirmYour SOLVNT data is removed, active Plaid links are revoked on a best-effort basis, you are signed out, and any remaining platform sign-in identity is queued for permanent administrator deletion.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access SOLVNT, request deletion by email. To protect your account, we verify your identity before processing any request.
Email support@hatchersolutions.com with:
- The subject line: SOLVNT Account Deletion Request
- The email address registered to your SOLVNT account
- A statement confirming you want your account and associated SOLVNT data permanently deleted
We will reply to confirm verification and processing. We will never act on a request from an unverified address.
What gets deleted
- Connected financial institution records and active Plaid links
- Bills, debts, goals, income, expenses & transactions
- Safe To Spend history, snapshots & calendar events
- Notifications, AI conversations & personalization data
- Other user-owned SOLVNT application records associated with the account
- The remaining platform sign-in identity after administrator completion of the queued deletion request
Data retention
We do not retain personal financial data after deletion except where limited retention is reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting, regulatory, or dispute-handling obligations. Where retention is required, the retained data is minimized, protected, and removed when the applicable retention obligation ends.
